see relatedA couple pictures....finally
Well, I've been promising for a long time so here they are - some new pictures. Sorry, but I'm a very bad puppy mommy and don't have any new puppy pictures - she really doesn't like to hold still long enough for us to get a good one. But here is the new little litter of kittens
The four of them together barely take up any space at all in their box on the porch - Really...look at how tiny they are...
I think if I could get them all to hold still all 4 would probably be able to sit in my had together.
Did I mention how much better the sheep are doing? They are great - They actually will come to the fence when I talk to them...of course they still run from Brad...but I'm the one that feeds them, they should like me more.
Here they are coming to see me at the gate - Elvis is in front - Look at how big Eddie's horns are getting - they told me when I picked them up that their horns wouldn't grow very fast because they'd been banded (similar to being castrated, but without the surgery) So I've made Dad and Brad check his "boy parts" to make sure they weren't still there...Of course if you look back at pics of his dad (Shameus, who went to live with our friend Glenn) his horns are huge and absolutely gorgeous.Elvis for a long time was the sweeter of the two sheep, but Eddie has recently had a major change in attitude and is almost always the first to come say hi. If Elvis beats him to where I am (or where Roxy is -- they love the puppy) Eddie will wait patiently for a couple minutes then he starts to push him out of the way - he's quite an attention hog
And he loves grass from the outside of the gate -- I guess he really belives that the grass IS greener, and tastier, on the other side.So there you are - new pictures from the farm. But I've got to run. I just got back from Indy - I drove my grandparents up and we met Grandma's brothers and sisters at Aunt Velma's house and went out to lunch, then went back to her house and visited for a while -- it's really nice to have almost everyone together (Aunt Ada wasn't able to come with us since her daughter is on vacation and we didn't think her little oxygen tank would last for the whole trip). Now I'm headed to Seedline - They print and assemble Bibles and John & Romans to be distributed by missionaries. They are having a tent meeting this week and our church is providing dinner for them tonight - so I need to head that way with my contribution....Then tomorrow it's back to work for a week - this is going to be my first Sunday that I have to work, I can't say that I'm looking forward to it, but we all have to do it from time to time...And no I didn't find shoes yesterday...Thankfully it's supposed to be warm the rest of the week and I'll be able to wear sandals...

the kittens are SO cute! Can you PLEASE keep them until I get down there? I guess its only about 8 weeks until we come down so maybe you will still have at least one or two around. Elvis and Eddie are pretty cute too. Can't wait to see new pics of the puppy=)
